1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Generally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipping can take anywhere from 5-15 business days. Please note currently we accept orders within Australia and New Zealand only.

2. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day No Questions Asked return policy for all unused and undamaged items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. 

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently only shipping orders within Australia and New Zealand.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment through PayPal for added convenience.
